| NO SMOKING is allowed in our rentals. |
| Rentals are subject to 10.75% room tax and $300 refundable damage deposit. |

| DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS: |
| Half of the total rental is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance, tax, and $300 damage deposit is required 1 month prior to arrival. If a booking is made within 30 days prior to arrival, the entire amount of the rental, including the damage deposit and tax is to be sent in the form of certified funds via next day service. The damage deposit will be returned within 30 days of departure, provided the rental is left in its original condition. |
| CANCELLATIONS: |
| If cancellation occurs during the time the owner has received deposit, but prior to receiving the remaining balance, the deposit will be forfeited, unless a new booking is secured and successful rental is obtained. |
| If a cancellation occurs after the owner has received the full rental amount, the entire rental amount is forfeited, unless a new booking is secured and successful rental is obtained; however, the damage deposit and tax will be refunded. |
