| We are a small, locally owned business. Owner Wanda Brooks was raised in the area and is an entrepreneur who buys and renovates older homes. |
| Our rental units and cabins are located either in Waynesville area or just a fifteen minute drive away on the slope of Cold Mountain. |
| We offer a convenient downtown location, where you will feel like you are in the country, yet it's just a short stroll to Main Street Waynesville. And we offer a genuine country setting. All are surrounded by the many and varied attractions of the area including rivers, the Blue Ridge Parkway and lots of outdoor activities such as rafting and hiking. |
| We have furnished our rentals with items from yesterday and today to add character and atmosphere. We have tried to make them very special for you! |
